Inspired at Festival of Work 2026. Excited for 2027.

Attending the CIPD Festival of Work as visitors was an inspiring experience filled with learning, meaningful conversations, and valuable networking with HR and industry professionals.

We were so energised by the discussions, ideas, and opportunities that we’re delighted to share that we’ve already booked our stand and will be returning next year as exhibitors!

One message came through clearly throughout the event: the workplace is evolving faster than ever.

From AI and employee experience to workforce planning, attendance management, and data-driven decision-making, organisations are increasingly looking for practical HR technology that can reduce administrative workload, improve visibility, and support smarter, more informed decisions.

Another important theme was mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. HR professionals are facing increasing pressure, making it more important than ever for organisations to provide meaningful support, establish healthy boundaries, and create a culture where wellbeing is prioritised. Supporting HR teams and managers is essential to building healthier, more productive workplaces.

As specialists in time recording and time attendance , it was particularly encouraging to hear how many organisations are exploring HR software and workforce management solutions to streamline processes and better manage their workforce.

A real highlight of the day was Richard Osman’s keynote, where his insights into creativity, adaptability, and communicating complex ideas in simple ways offered plenty of inspiration. His perspective reinforced an important truth: while technology continues to transform the workplace, people remain at the heart of every successful organisation.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many passionate professionals, including the team at Investors in People, whose latest white paper sparked some thought-provoking conversations.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to speak with us and share their experiences and ideas. Every conversation reinforced a shared ambition: to create better workplaces for both employees and businesses.
